During RCT especially with sever inflammation of the pulp,bleeding could be a problem.
In this case of acute irreversible pulpitis of lower 1st molar.
After complete shaping and final irrigation the 3 mesial canals still have bleeding constantly.
So I obturate the dry distal canal and injected Caoh in the mesial canals until the 2nd visit after 2 weeks.
