During RCT especially with sever inflammation of the pulp .... bleeding could be a problem
In this case of acute irreversible pulpitis of lower 1st molar
After complete shaping and final irrigation the 3 mesial canals still have bleeding constantly
So I obturate the dry distal canal and injected Caoh in the mesial canals until the 2nd visit after 2 weeks....
