upper second molar with 4 roots & 4 canals

a patient came to our clinic for an endodontic treatment for an upper second molar with distal caries .

the tooth was inspected clinically and radiographically .

the pre operative radiograph showed a shadow for a strange anatomy in the distal side.

canal preparation to 25/06 , 30/06 for the palatal TC Blue file from Videya Dental .
