Retreatment of lower first molar before crown refabrication

a patient came to our clinic with a neglected tooth that had acrown 3 years ago

the patient was hoping to save the tooth and have a new crown

the tooth had old composite filling and a little mechanical prep , short obturation , radiographic signs of periapical periodontitis , alittle bit tender with percusion .

the mesial canals were very narrow and the distal one was severly curved in the apical 3rd .

canals were prepared safly using videya tc blue files from Videya Dental
