Endodontic Treatment of a necrotic lower first molar with acute periapical abcess .

the tooth was painfull and tender to percussion .

the first visit tooth was mechanically prepaired and intracanal drain was intiated

second visit tooth was still painfull so we did irrigate again and left the tooth with no intracanal medication

third visit the patient was asympotomatic so a strict irrigation protocol was intiated using NaOCl , EDTA , CHX .
