Endodontic treatment for upper first molar with acute pulpitis + periapical periodontitis . 

a reverse acute angle in the distobuccal canal was observed , one of the most important factors is the pre analysis of x ray that showed an angle that could compromise my preparation or lead to a separated instrument . 

usually i go for more stiff files , more aggressive in cutting , shorter time of preparation , but in this case i choose the super flexible Tc-files (videya) that could be safer , more efficient , and respect the canal anatomy without alteration or transportation . 

access cavity and mechanical preparation was carried out on single visit ,  intracanal medicament for 10 days . 

second visit irrigation using EDTA , CHX  , sonic activation , obturation CLC .
