My advice to fresh graduates and young colleagues...... Master the Basics
I've been working in my private practice since 2009.... Almost 80% to 85% of the Restorative work are simple straight forward cases
If you master the Basics you can do Almost 85% of the work perfectly...
15% to 20% of the Restorative work may need special equipment, tools, devices or skills
Take your time in learning and practicing Basics...... respect the learning curve
