A single visit endodontic treatment for lower second molar with 2 canals only
not every case we do is perfect but still it's a successful case until now
the master cone was modified to larger size but still it was pushed alittle bit beyond the apex with sealer buff due to wide apical foramen of parlleling type .
3 weeks follow up there was alittle post operative pain that disappeared after 3 days completely
no need to interfer as long as the body forgives
the case was mechanically prepared using @Videya Dental TC blue
